1. Overview

LifeSync AI (the 'Service') is operated by NH Books and prioritizes user privacy protection. This policy explains the types of information collected, purposes of use, and protection methods during service usage.

2. Information We Collect

The Service collects the following information:

• •Account information: Name, email address (via OAuth login)
• •Uploaded documents: PDF and image files for analysis
• •Usage records: Analysis history, chat records, service usage patterns
• •Payment information: Processed through Stripe; card details are not stored by the Service

3. Document Security & Encryption

All uploaded documents are stored with AES-256 level encryption. Data is protected during transit using TLS 1.3 protocol. Personally Identifiable Information (PII) in documents is automatically detected and masked by AI.

4. Automatic PII Masking

The Service automatically detects and masks the following personal information during document analysis:

• •Names and signatures
• •National ID numbers, passport numbers
• •Phone numbers, email addresses
• •Addresses and residential information
• •Bank account numbers, credit card numbers

5. Data Retention & Auto-Deletion

Original uploaded documents are automatically deleted 30 days after analysis completion. Analysis results are retained until the user manually deletes them or closes their account. Users can request data deletion at any time.

6. Access Control

Each user's documents and analysis results are accessible only to that user. Data is never shared with or sold to third parties. Service operators do not access users' original documents.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service uses the following third-party services:

• •AI Analysis: Document content is sent to AI models after PII masking
• •Payments: Processed through Stripe
• •Authentication: Secure login via Manus OAuth

8. User Rights

Users have the following rights:

• •Request to view, modify, or delete personal information
• •Discontinue service use and close account
• •Data portability (download analysis results)
• •Withdraw consent for personal information processing
